In partnership with the organization Macedonia2025, Makprogres initiated and implemented the campaign "Creating Education of the Future with Vincinni," aimed at developing 21^st-century skills in children to prepare them for the future.

As part of the campaign, a 5-day summer camp was organized for the children of Makprogres Vinica employees, aged 9 to 11. The camp combined an interdisciplinary approach to the STEM concept with the unique Smart Start learning method.

The young scientists explored, experimented, and expanded their horizons, making this summer camp an unforgettable experience.

🚀 Day 1: Chemical Reactions

Experiments like dry ice, toothpaste, and dancing corn fascinated the young scientists.

💧 Day 2: Water Cycle and Tornado

Learning about the water cycle, creating rain clouds, and making tornadoes involved and excited everyone.

🏥 Day 3: Hygiene, Health, and Architecture

Making soap, building towers, and cooking and decorating chocolates!

🎭 Day 4: Theater and Modern Art

Making puppets for shadow theater and visiting the Vincinni factory to see their parents' workplaces.

Space enthusiasts created planets and astronaut equipment, making the day astronomically fun!

All the scientists were children of the employees at Vincinni, highlighting the company's strong commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.

This camp encouraged children to find different solutions and embrace the idea that failure is not a bad thing. Education took place through solving real-life and everyday problems through play.

Upon completion of the training, the children received certificates recognizing their participation and achievements.
